This post is for those that want to use the FREE Audacity software to record your part to add to the composition.

First start up Audacity on your desktop.

Then go to “File”, “Import”, “Audio” and navigate to the file you downloaded from the website.

You should see that the audio track imported.

Hook up your mic and click on the red record button at the top. You will begin to record your voice and see a visual of it being recorded.

Record as many times as you need too. When you are satisfied with your track remove the demo track and export your solo track.

Save it as a MP3.

Fill out the meta data info if you like but it is not necessary.

Next Upload your file to the website.

Now we will have your track and consider it to be included in the final composition.
